Who I am
Doctor Viviski is run by Kacper Mikulski. I decide how your information is used, so I'm responsible for it. Contact: [email protected].
Visiting this site
The public pages set no cookies and use no advertising tools. The only thing measured is the video, below. Visits are counted by the host, Cloudflare, without cookies or personal data. The website check-up runs in your browser and sends nothing.
Watching the video
When you play the video on this site, the page records that it was played, how much of it you watched and where it was watched (the home page, About or the video page), with no cookies. If you came from the link in an email I sent you after booking or asking for information, the view is linked to that booking or request, so I know whether you've seen it before we talk. Views are kept for 12 months.
Contacting me
The contact form asks about your business (your trade, size, rough turnover, budget and timing) so the call is useful. If you book a time, your answers are kept with the booking in my Cloudflare database. If you send them by email instead, it opens your own email app and only what you choose to send reaches me. I use your name, business, contact details and answers to reply and, if we work together, to do the work. My legal reason is to take steps you asked for before a contract, or my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. I keep enquiries that don't turn into work for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Booking a free call
When you book a call, the time, your name, email, and anything else you choose to add (business, phone, what it's about) are saved in a database in my Cloudflare account so the call is held for you and I can send you the video link. A scrambled fingerprint of your network address is kept for one day to stop misuse. I delete bookings that don't lead to work after 12 months.
Ordering online
If you order on the Start now page, your choices and details are saved so I can set up your dashboard, and your payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page. I never see your card details. Your order record is kept with your client records.
The "ask me anything" box
When you type a question in the box on the home page, the question is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI model Claude, so it can write an answer. I don't store your question. To stop the box being misused, the site keeps a scrambled fingerprint of your network address and the time for one day, and nothing else. Answers are written by AI and can be wrong; anything important, I'll confirm by email.
Clients and the dashboard
If you're a client, I keep your contact details, your agreement and signature record, your onboarding answers, the files you send and the details of the work, because I need them to deliver what you've paid for. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, which can be up to six years. Your dashboard stores what you enter in it in a database in my Cloudflare account.
The cookie the dashboard uses
When you sign in to your dashboard, Cloudflare Access sets one cookie, CF_Authorization, which keeps you signed in. It's strictly necessary for the sign-in to work, so it doesn't need your consent, and it's only set when you sign in. It contains no tracking.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare (hosting, the dashboard sign-in and its database), Anthropic (answers in the "ask me anything" box), Google (my email), Stripe (if you pay by card, on its own secure page; I never see your card details), Resend (sends the free guide by email), Twilio (for Job System clients: the text messages to and from their customers), and AI tools I use to help with the work, on settings that don't use your information for training where the tool allows that. Some of these companies process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.
Your customers' details
When I build for a client, their customers' details stay in the client's own accounts. A written agreement covers how I handle them on the client's behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I use it, or ask me to stop. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
